Trinity Hospice is a wonderful Hospice local to us that provides palliative care both within the Hospice & in the community.
They also have Brian’s House which is a children’s hospice
In my professional life I have always admired the hard work & passion the staff provide. I’ve been lucky enough to attend some of their training sessions to better my palliative care skills
Our friend who passed away in June spent his last days at Trinity & I felt it was appropriate to do something to raise money for the hard work they do
So I decided to sign up to their Neon Memory Walk on 8th September.
You walk either 5 or 8 miles along Blackpool Prom. The event kicks off with some entertainment at the Blackpool Tower Headlands at 9.30pm then the walk starts at 10.30pm
It’s £10 to enter
My mum & I are both doing the walk
We’ve got our tshirts, shoe laces & glow sticks all ready
We’re going to get some more Neon things before the walk as well
Its going to be a lovely way to remember our friend and help raise money in his memoryby
