My new found weight loss motivation

I don’t know whether it was my birthday or the fact that Baby M turned 1 & I still have my baby belly but the last 2 weeks I’ve found a new motivation & drive to lose weight

I’ve been eating much healthier

I’ve also been using My Fitness Pal app to track my food & calories. Not in an obsessive way but just to give me a guide as to what my calorie intake is & whether I need to change what I eat

I’m no longer having a Gin in the week & I’m also cutting down the snacking

Generally my eating has been pretty good, except when we had to go to the hospital with Baby M where I ate a McDonald’s before driving down the motorway as we were starving

I’ve been going to the gym too

I’m aiming to go 3 times a week

I only went twice last week but that was again due to being at the hospital

I’m enjoying the gym & following the plan my personal trainer has set up

So far I’ve lost 2kg, my aim is to lose another 9kg or so but really it’s more about how my clothes feel rather than the weight

I’m never going to be a size 6 but I just want to feel happy in my body
