Halilit Sounds of the Forest – Review

I am quite musical, I played piano, tenor recorder & clarinet at school & also sang in the choir

I would like the boys to have an interest in music if possible

Mini M already loves singing and Baby M is a great dancer

I’m always looking for things that will help them to develop rhythm and an ear for music.  Especially since Mr M has zero rhythm

Sounds of the Forest is beautiful and unique gift set which encourages interaction between parents and children during story time. As the story of baby owl unfolds children can join in with the musical elements, creating their own hoot sound with the specially designed and realistic owl whistle, and introducing them to the fundamental skills of making music through rhythm. Furthermore, the delightful story offers opportunity for little ones to join in with the other forest animals, tapping with the woodpecker, crunching with the squirrel and flapping as the bat flies.

The owl whistle is really easy to use.  Mini M took to it really easily and he will play with it even when we aren’t reading the story

Baby M loves it too, it’s that easy that he can play it too

This is a great little gift for Christmas

The set includes 1 x board book and 1 x owl whistle and is suitable from 2-7 year.  It costs £12 and can be purchased from JoJo Maman Bebe & Debenhams
