Getting back to the gym

My long distance running days are over but I want to get fit, I want to lose weight and I need time for me

I actually quite enjoy the gym, once I get there. I do struggle sometimes to get there

gym motivation

I need to build up my core as it isn’t anywhere near as strong as it used to be. I want to lose my baby belly & tone up my bum

The personal trainer has set me a leg and an arm workout and both have some core work in as well.

I have been looking at going to a class, especially with going back to work, as the gym is busy in the evening. I just need to pluck up the courage to go to a class as I don’t want to make a tit of myself

I worry that I am not fit enough for a class but have to remind myself that’s the whole point of me going, to get fit!

So my fitness journey is starting again, I will let you know how I am getting on & any classes or equipment I’ve enjoyed or found has the best results
